- Tasting notes of plum, honey, and malt. 
- Process: washed. 
- Medium roast level. 
- Recommended for drip and pour over. 
- Elevation: 1500-2000 meters above sea level. 
- Multiple varietals including Caturra, Mundo Novo, Pache, Catimor, Bourbon, Catuai.
