Shipping and Returns

Orders received by 2:30 PST will be shipped out the following business day.

Payment
Caffé Vita accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Our online store is certified secure, but if you're uncomfortable submitting credit card information through our website you can call the Caffé Vita Online Store Manager at (888) 223-VITA, ext. 104.

Shipping Policy
Caffé Vita offers UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and Ground to ship the majority of our orders. Customers will receive tracking information in the form of an email from UPS 1 to 2 business days from the date the order was placed. In cases where UPS will not deliver (i.e. p.o. boxes and military addresses), Caffé Vita reserves the right to source out an alternative shipping method such as U.S. Mail. Customers will not receive tracking information when an alternative shipping method is applied. We do not charge a handling fee. Shipping prices are direct quotes from the shipping carrier.

Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska(APO's)
We have found that shipping our products to Hawaii and Alaska via UPS is quite cost-prohibitive, and less expensive shipping is available via USPS. Please call (888) 223-VITA, ext. 104, for more information.

Shipping to P.O. boxes, and military addresses (APO's)
In cases where UPS will not deliver (P.O. boxes and military addresses) or we find UPS shipping times to be too extensive, Caffé Vita will source out alternative shipping methods such as U.S. Mail. Customers will not be provided tracking information when U.S. Mail Service is used for shipping.

International Shipping Policy
Caffé Vita uses UPS to ship international orders. Customers will receive tracking information in the form of an email from UPS 1 to 2 business days from the date the order was placed. We recommend contacting the Caffé Vita Online Store Manager directly via email from our contact page or calling (888) 223-VITA, ext. 104, if you wish your international order to be sent U.S.Mail.

Return Policy
