Delivery Driver - Seattle

Summary: Caffe Vita Delivery Drivers are responsible for interacting with internal and external customers on a daily basis while delivering coffee, tea and retail merchandise. He/she serves as a brand ambassador for the company and contributes to Caffe Vita’s service reputation.


  • Excellent customer service and professionalism
  • Proven passion for coffee, tea and related retail items
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

  • Experience with packaging or deliveries is a plus

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with various teams to ensure product quality and consistency
  • Pack and load roasted coffee, tea and related merchandise
  • Develop delivery schedules based on logistical needs
  • Demonstrate punctuality
  • Deliver shipments to customers
  • Stock and rotate product according to standard specifications
  • Demonstrate dependability and consistency with quality, timeliness and follow-through of product delivery

Cafe Manager - New York City

Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated cafe manager to lead a team of world-class baristas in our Lower East Side cafe. The right candidate is passionate and incredibly knowledgeable about specialty coffee and is excited to continue his/her education with Caffe Vita.  Must have experience training staff on espresso extraction, pouring latte art, and multiple brew methods (pour-over, cold brew, syphon, aeropress, chemex etc).

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with Marketing and General Manager to support brand exposure and sales-driving strategies
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule and manage staff to meet, or exceed expectations of their job descriptions
  • Work a minimum number of weekly bar shifts (minimum to be determined with General Manager)

Outside Sales Representative - Seattle, Los Angeles & New York City

Summary: Caffe Vita Outside Sales Representatives are passionate about coffee and closing deals.  This position is responsible for identifying, qualifying, acquiring, developing and retaining profitable long-term business, while managing a team to support and grow existing accounts for an assigned territory.


  • Minimum 3 years experience in the food and beverage industry
  • Demonstrated knowledge of specialty coffee and tea markets
  • Strong and persistent negotiation skills
  • Prior experience meeting and exceeding quantifiable sales goals
  • Ability to develop innovative leads
  • Demonstrated urgency in follow-up

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Actively maintain and update an on-going list of leads and prospects
  • Negotiate and close profitable deals with new accounts

Accounts Receivable/Accounting Manager - Seattle

Summary: The Accounts Receivable Manager assists in directing accounting functions for all entities. He/she establishes and maintains Accounts Receivable policies and procedures.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage credit limits and collection policies and procedures
  • Ensure that customer accounts are current
  • Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards
  • Ensure that maximum efforts have been taken before assigning bad debt status to an account
  • Develop, implement and train COD processes and procedures
  • Develop procedures to ensure that remote location receipts are collected and deposited on a timely and accurate basis
  • Interact with Sales Team to resolve Customer Account issues
  • Assist with month-end/year-end close of all companies
  • Analyze and bring operational financial issues to the attention of management/ownership on a timely basis
  • Manage general ledger accounts, controls, and reports as necessary
  • Ensure appropriate GAAP reporting
  • Provide top level support over the payroll and tax functions

Field Representative - Seattle

Summary: The Field Representative is responsible for working with the territory sales team to identify customers’ needs and liaise with Inside and Outside Sales Representatives to provide customers with Caffe Vita’s customer service commitment.

  • Demonstrated awareness of specialty coffee and tea trends

  • Flexibility to travel to various customers’ locations throughout the day
  • Valid drivers license and transportation  

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Create lasting relationships with  wholesale customers within assigned territory
  • Build customer retention, new referrals and advocacy for Caffe Vita’s brand
  • Advise customers on best practices to build their coffee program
  • Demonstrate understanding of Caffe Vita’s products and pricing
  • Report to Caffe Vita headquarters each morning  to coordinate  with the Office Manager before visiting customers
  • Update Sales Calendar with scheduled meetings or calls to communicate availability to the sales team
  • Follow checklist procedures for customer visits
  • Ensure product preparation and quality standards are met for wholesale accounts
  • Perform all preventative maintenance to protect equipment and coffee quality
  • Perform routine maintenance on espresso machines, grinders and brewing equipment
  • Ensure customers’ signage  and branding is up to date, consistent and relevant
  • Face and rotate all coffees to ensure freshness and reduce waste
  • In the case of delivery errors, work with all teams to provide an immediate solution
  • Report unresolved issues to appropriate parties immediately and take necessary action  to ensure follow through
  • Update detailed log of wholesale visits, customer interactions, equipment and services performed on a daily basis
